My Friend
Hello all, this is not ringing related but I need somewhere to talk. My friend is going off on an adventure for a year.
I am happy and proud of him but I feel sad and upset at losing him for such a long time.
I feel bad that I did not have the courage in saying good bye to his face as it would make it real that he is leaving, which he has.

Ringing Down
Okay, hello all apologies in not blogging for a while.
Anyhow Wednesday just gone, I had a new achievement I rang down the tenor bell in our tower.
I was extremely nervous in doing this as it weights 23 hundred weight, otherwise known as a ton. This sounds a big feat for most but it is even more for me.
I weigh less than 8 stone and 5 foot 2 tall.
We ring 3 bells down each week as they are...
